Charbel Abou Samra

Charbel Abou Samra delivers independent advisory and expert services to public and private organizations across the construction industry. His work focuses on construction claims, expert witness services, constructability review, project controls, and commercial advisory.
Charbel brings over 15 years of hands-on experience across field construction, project management, and consulting. This background allows him to assess complex projects from multiple perspectives and develop practical, defensible opinions grounded in project records, schedules, cost data, and contract requirements.
He has extensive experience in forensic schedule and quantum analysis and has advised on complex matters across infrastructure, energy and utilities, oil and gas, quarrying and mining, residential and commercial developments, and marine works.
